eh, was encouraged to post by my colleagues at CS choong
Had tried blogging long time ago but din have the commitment to blog, simply cos i am too lazy!!!
Was discussing with Jiahui that blogging shld be about one's reflection rather than just daily life events.
Thus, decided to that my blog will be mostly on my reflections rather than jus my daily life...but if my daily life is abit boring pls pardon me...cos i dun think i will have so many reflections to post about!!!!!
So, as a start for my blog, I shall share a nice phase and a nice story with those reading this blog...
Every human being has a pair of ears, a pair of eyes, a pair of hands, a pairs of legs, a pair of lungs, a pair of kidney, however, we only have one heart....that's cause the creator of human had place the other heart in some part of the world waiting for us to notice it, discover it, and be together with it. Only when we find that other piece of heart, our life will be complete....=)
This phase i forgot whether i have seen it somewhere or someone told me abt it, but i have always believe in this phase cause no one can live on Earth without any love in their heart.
Thats the phase i wan to share with everyone as for the story....
this is the story of a corn.....
A student asked a teacher, "what is love?"
The teacher said, "in order to answer your question, go to the padi field and choose the biggest padi and come back. But the rule is: you can go throught them only once and cannot turn back to pick."
The student went to the field, go thru first row, he saw one big padi, but he wonders....may be there is a bigger one later.
Then he saw another bigger one... but may be there is a even bigger one waiting for him. Later, when he finished more than half of the padi field, he start to realise that the padi is not as big as the previous one he saw, he know he has missed the biggest one, and he regreted !!!!
So, he ended up went back to the teacher with empty hand.
The teacher told him, "...this is love... you keep looking for a better one, but when later you realise, you have already miss the person...."
"What is marriage then?" the student asked.
The teacher said, "in order to answer your question, go to the corn field and choose the biggest corn and come back. But the rule is: you can go throught them only once and cannot turn back to pick."
The student went to the corn field, this time he is careful not to repeat the previous mistake, when he reach the middle of the field, he has picked one medium corn that he feel satisfy, and come back to the teacher. The teacher told him, "this time you bring back a corn.... you look for one that is just nice, and you have faith and believe this is the best one you get.... this is marriage."
Well, thats the story i wanted to share...i feel that this story truly explains the mentality of one at different stage...any comments? let me noe...i like to noe how others feel abt this story too =)
Sorry that this blog is full of things about love...haha will talk abt more stuff the next time....
Thats all folks!!!
A pic of my colleagues...
